Better communication about the process. I had gutters and roofing installed. There was an issue with soffit being taken down and not put back up. The roofing foreman told me the gutter company would put it back up. The gutter company didn't. When I called to have it fixed, the customer service person told me I had to call the gutter company myself, but that she would call them too.
