Mr. Roof was awesome to work with and we were really happy with the price. The roof was done in a day, they did a great job cleaning up. The sales rep Ray was true to his word and handled everything. Financing was super easy. Our roof was a huge job with three layers and roof board replacement. Awesome warranty! We went with the upgraded shingles which really weren’t much more and they are really beautiful! We would definitely recommend Mr. Roof. If I needed another roof I would use them again!

Roof guy came to survey the siding damage. He was going to reach out to me about quote. since damage was under $900, He is refused to do the work. Not even responding my call. Never recommended to anyone.

The scheduling team communicated very effectively and followed up when a re-schedule was required due to weather considerations. The site manager that was assigned never showed up. He called and said he was too busy to come to my install. When I set everything up with the sales guy I told him that I wanted a furnace pipe removed. The crew had no clue that was to be done. When I tried to tell them they couldn't understand me and had to call the site manager to get them to understand.
