Contracted Mr. Roof for a new roof, gutters and new windows. There were a few bumps in the road in scheduling the roof installation, but once we got through that, they came out installed the roof and gutters. They did a great job and when there were a couple of minor fixes that needed to addressed, they came out and made it right quickly. The windows are high quality and the installers were awesome. Finally Emily, my Mr. Roof contact, was absolutely great to work with.

Had a top of the notch roof installed by Mr roof about 9 years ago. My roof is leaking in the garage now. I called to see if I could get someone out to look at it. They told me they don't deal with snow melting on the roof, that I would have to call a heating and plumbing expert to deal with that. So I over paid for a roof that was supposed to have a lifetime warranty ( ice beariar, self sealing base coat, and a palmer shingle guaranteed for life ).
