The day after I would have given 4 starts. Ryan was super easy to work with on the initial estimate and was timely in his responses. However once the contract was signed the customer service side dropped significantly.

Honestly, had the best customer service experience from Mr Roof than anyone in home repair services in nashville! From email communication regarding covid to appt time to introducing me to Tyler who arrived promptly at our door. Tyler was terrific and gave advice on issues we were experiencing. Would recommend their services to anyone in the area and will definitely be my first call if we ever need amything else for roof/gutters etc
