If my insurance company hadn't been paying for this roof, I would have used a different company. Everyone was very kind and so far, it seems like the roof is fine, but the estimate included overhead and profit. I'm an insurance adjuster. Overhead and profit should be used when a general contractor is needed due to the complexity of the repairs needed. We went with a big company to insure our experience was professional and quick, we got the exact opposite. It took about 8 days to get gutters and soffits on our small house. They straight up did not show up for work on some days, and when we called the representative to ask what had happened they said they didn't know why they didn't show. Because of Mr. Roof’s lack of response to a warranty issue from over two weeks ago, my father in law, who is a disabled veteran, and my mother who suffers from Alzheimer’s, continues to have a leaking roof in the middle of a winter ice and sleet storm. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. (Roof is less than 2 yrs old)
