Remove trash and clean up area! I had to call several times over two weeks after the job to finally get someone to come out and pick up the old siding. Also, Company should take back and give credit for excess and left over materials! There was almost a whole box of siding left over and I had no place to put it and told the crew. Hi Gerald. Thank you for the feedback. We always send the crew with extra material above what is estimated in case it is actually short, to make sure we don’t run out. We don’t credit it back to the customer because it is always above what is quoted anyway. As for the material left there, we apologize, and someone will reach out to you about your concerns. We had a roof leak after a severe storm and contacted Mr Roof for an inspection/estimate. The Project Consultant, Andy Shaw, inspected the roof and suggested that we submit a claim through our insurance provider. Andy was very professional and, while insurance did not cover all of the cost of the new roof (there was some degradation due to age), he worked directly with our adjuster to help us receive maximum reimbursement.
