The young man who cane to my house was very professional and efficient. He took photos of my roof and gave me the information I needed to provide to my insurance company. He came back when the adjuster arrived to make sure that I was given the most on my insurance claim. Lastly he came back with samples, explanations of each and a proposal within 2 days of the adjuster visit. Communication during the estimate phase was excellent. Once the deposit was put down, communication was pretty terrible. I had to keep calling to get updates and I had to contact multiple people. Having a single contact would have been better. The installers "forgot" to do some flashing and had to come back. It took over two weeks and was not the best flashing job. I've found hundreds of loose nails from the demo on the decks, in the grass and on the driveway. I've cleaned up a lot of pie... Read more

Mr Roof got it done for me. In the process of selling my home by myself, fixing things up after 23 years. Mr Roof came to the rescue on a number of occasions. My buyer should be pleased; final inspection due next week. Marc, Ron, Jose, Greg, et al should be proud! Have a happy 4th of July 2020 weekend. The 2nd half of the year should be better I hope.

My neighbor informed me that I had some damage on the side of my roof. I contacted Mr. Roof on a Sunday (Father's Day) and I was contacted immediately. Ryan Chavez responded to me and got my information. He was very pleasant and thoroughly supportive. Joey Herron came out as a ball of sunshine. Helpful, friendly and professional with a smile. Repaired my facial soffits like brand new. Happy Customer.
