We had purchased the lifetime shingles for our roof last August 2020. We just found 2 leaks in our roof that we had to place pans under to catch the water leaking. We called service and were given a date almost 3 weeks out for our roof to be serviced for the leaks. I understand that other people also have issues, but find that when your roof is leaking and the drywall is soft that there might be some type of priority since they don't cover inside damages to your home. The crew arrive early and immediately got to work. They consistently worked with no goofing around. The job was intense, house and garage...also the weather was hot. They completed the job and did an excellent job of cleaning up the property. The workmanship was awesome. The crew was very professional and respectful . I love the outcome!!!
