UPDATE: I received a call from the general manager requesting that a leak test be performed. Results showed a leak and Mr. Roof had the crew out the very next morning and replaced the entire half of the house where the leak was. We also elected to have the other half of the roof replaced which they did at the cost of materials. I’m sorry that we all had to go through the delays but very happy that Mr. Roof stood by their warranty.
