When the project manager came out to look at the project he said we actually didn’t need to have to work done. They issued a full (and prompt) refund. I appreciated the honesty and integrity of the company.
My experience from Able was great. The guys started my project on time, actually they was early. I had to make a few changes last min and they was able to order it, pick it up and complete it in the time that was promised. They did a great job cleaning once they were done .Very professional and I will recommend them And I will use them again if I have to.
I waited 2 years before leaving this review so it was not out of anger but frustration. In my opinion this is a very dishonest company. The salesman Zach Comer sat right at my table and told me this was my final price no matter what no hidden cost. Then after the job was done, he showed another bill for several thousand dollars more than agreed. I would not let this man or company in my house if I were you. We hired Mr. Roof to install CraneBoard siding on our home. The home is not small and with a dormer & rear addition, has many quirks. We had a longer than anticipated wait due to Covid, but we are certainly glad we stuck it out. The crew that Mr. Roof sent out was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and took the necessary time on the difficult places to do the job right, without rushing through it as many companies may do under the current circumstances.
