Had Mr.Roof replace my faded worn out shingles, they were competitively priced, arrived at 7am, did my house and garage in 8hrs. Clean up was though, and even cleaned my neglected gutters.. Super friendly, no regrets.
We had Mr. Roof come out to give us a bid. Brandon was to return to show us roof tile options and their bid. He canceled at the last moment blaming it on traffic. We never heard back from him after leaving follow up messages on his cell. Got the message machine at the office also. In reflection they did us a favor because we know their lack of initial customer service is a reflection of their on-site service no doubt. We called someone who cares as an alternative option !!!
