Mr. Roof was wonderful in the presentation and pictures of my old roof and what had to be done. Mr. Roof goes above board in the materials they use to MAKE sure that your roof is safe and secure and very well may last a lifetime. Everyone has been great in helping with the cost, the very nice if needed warranty, to paying my bill. I would recommend Mr. Roof over and over again.
I moved into a new place and 9 month later, the roof started to leak. Mr Roof had installed the roof and it was still under warranty. They came out quickly to check it out and put a few fixes in place. A few weeks later, it started to leak in a few spot. The same roofer came out and didn't find anything. Andrew Buss came out to our house because another inspector outlined a list of repairs we needed for a 4 year-old roof. Andrew came out and reviewed the list and let us know that we did not need to do anything. I was prepared to have repairs done based on the previous information and he simply said "you don't need anything." I was amazed with the integrity of the company and would recommend them as I was totally impressed.
