I needed 2 windows replaced. The window in my daughter's room was broken. Called Mr Roof in December 2020, after calling once a month and being told "4 to 6 weeks", I finally got the windows replaced at the end of May, I understand that there may have been supply disruptions, but the reason for this review is there was absolutely no communication on their part. His presentation on what all Mr. Roof had to offer was very informative and he answered all my questions that I had. Thank you Josh. The workers showed up on time and did an outstanding job. I’m very happy with my roof.
Crew arrived on time and job was completed when promised. They still have a small piece that has to be repaired.
Got a quote to replace the wood around my windows. after signing the contract and paying the deposit. They called me back and let me know the price went up $2000 dollars. Do not trust what they write on the contract evidently they can change the price at any time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
