I had squirrel damage to a corner of a soffit and a rafter tail. The sales rep, Ryan, was great. He listened to my concerns and carefully assessed the damage. He was very thoughtful in answering all of my questions and in offering some potential solutions. With cost a major concern at this time, I decided on having the area where the rafter was damaged shored up and the rake on each side of the roof wrapped in aluminum.
