Hi Mr. Roberts, I sincerely apologize that you had a negative experience with one of our crews. I want to assure you that we do run background checks on all of our employees and we do not hire a “cheap undocumented labor force”. Our crews are competitively paid and we maintain a positive relationship with all of our partnerships, especially those who are subcontractors. I apologize if the crew did not offer the best customer service, providing excellent customer service is something we pride ourselves on. Your feedback will be forwarded on to our General Manager. I did request more information on the cedar trim you mentioned. The trim was attached to the shed through the wood deck of the roof, making it incredibly difficult and cumbersome to remove. Our crews are highly trained and experienced, and they did their best to remove the trim without causing damage. Again, I apologize for the customer service you experienced from the crew, but it is great to hear that Shawn was able to turn things around for you. I hope this response helps ease some of your frustrations, and thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback.
