Love my roof they installed about 5 years ago. I found a problem that I needed to have fixed, and they set an appointment up right away. Greg Estep, the Lead Service Technician came out to look at the problem, and fixed it on the spot. Everything was covered under the warranty too. I highly recommend them!

Jordan at Mr Roof has been a joy to work with. He was timely, very communicative and willing to work with me on pricing and selection. He gave me estimates on several options so I could make my decision. I haven't gotten my roof yet but if Jordan is any example of the other folks I'll be working with I'll be delighted. This was a great team to work with. From the consultation to the customer service reps following up, this was a great experience. I did not get to meet the team that actually performed the work but the Project Manager kept me updated on the work via phone calls and text messages. The new roof looks great and I would certainly recommend Mr Roof to a friend or colleague.
