My husband, Ron and I met with Josh HALL of Mr. Roof to get a quote for much needed gutter repairs. We have put this work off for years for many reasons. One of which is we DO NOT appreciate high pressure sales tactics. Josh was clear about pricing and what to expect if they made our repairs. we had a tree fall on our roof and no one other than brian at mr roof could identify the decra shingles that were used. they gave an accurate and fair quote for the replacement and when the insurance finally realized they were accurate mr roof sent their top crew to install it and they finished within a day. they also helped with replacing the gutters and spent a lot of time and effort matching everything and making it look just like new. i cannot recommend them highly enough!
