Fabulous experience. My serviceman (Lance?- I’m horrible with names) saved me the cost of a roof because he was honest and said I have a plumbing issue. He actually did a little “surgery” to let me see that there was a pipe that is causing some major issues. We’d had a roofer out who told us we had hail damage and was going to replace our roof, but disappeared without a trace, thank goodness. The insurance company said there was no damage. We had several offers and this was not the cheapest, but I felt confident with Brandon and very comfortable that he wanted what was best for me and my family. Ryan was our Mr. Roof contact, who was helpful in the beginning, but fell off the face of the earth once the job started. Kevin was in charge of the jobsite end of things and did a great job! He stayed in contact with me, even after the job was completed. The worker crew was friendly and did a decent job cleaning up. The roof looks good and hopefully will remain so for a good many years. Stephanie in the office was very helpful as well.
