Smooth sailing from the start!! Dustin came out and gave me my estimate. Originally told they were about 3 weeks out for scheduling. They were able to start 4 days after estimate!! Jose came out and did an amazing job!! He walked me around the house and showed me his work and unfortunately some not so good work from previous roofer. His thoroughness was impressive. Jason came out to QA and the process was complete!! Easy peasy!! Thanks Mr. Roof!!!!!!
They performed the work well and In a timely manner. However portions of the project could have been managed better. They do need to improve communications with the customer. Very lacking at times here.
