I have an air bnb and when a storm hit town and blew over a tree on to our roof. The Project Manager - Peter sent someone over the next day! They walked us through our options and sent over a claim within less than a week to our insurance. They are very considerate, with fast reactions to take care of their customer. I would highly recommend and ask for Peter To help he was very helpful!
