Fabulous experience. My serviceman (Lance?- I’m horrible with names) saved me the cost of a roof because he was honest and said I have a plumbing issue. He actually did a little “surgery” to let me see that there was a pipe that is causing some major issues. We’d had a roofer out who told us we had hail damage and was going to replace our roof, but disappeared without a trace, thank goodness. The insurance company said there was no damage.
