Ryan was our Mr. Roof contact, who was helpful in the beginning, but fell off the face of the earth once the job started. Kevin was in charge of the jobsite end of things and did a great job! He stayed in contact with me, even after the job was completed. The worker crew was friendly and did a decent job cleaning up. The roof looks good and hopefully will remain so for a good many years. Stephanie in the office was very helpful as well.

Some pesky raccoons tore up my shingles to sleep for a few nights, so I called Mr. Roof to fix it. They had someone out quickly to give me a free estimate and my roof was fixed early the next week. My roof looks great, and hopefully I won’t be seeing any more of those raccoons again. Shoutout to my repairman Jose G who texted me during every step of his repair and sent me photos of the work once he was done. Very professional and left my house looking great!
