The sales person I had was very rude. His name was Gerry. I've had six rental property roofs done by Mr.Roof previously. The customer service has declined, tremendously. Mr. Roof sent another sales rep replacing the rude one. Her name was Shelly. I was offered a discount since I was a Loyal customer, which added 1,000.00 to my estimated bill. I decided to go with a new roofing company.
Able installed the original roof and did a great repair job on it. Very honest and fair people to deal with. Will use them again!
Company also did a Chimney replacement. They were efficient, superb workmanship, professional and polite. Clean up was immaculate. Great Job!
Very professional from start to finish, Corey, Andy, Eric, Tammy and Devin, were great, I was not expecting the service and attention that I received. The install crew did an excellent job and the clean up after was first rate I literally could not find anything that would indicate they were even there. Do yourself a favor, hire them for your roof install, you won't regret it.
