I recently called Mr. Roof to come check out a possible leaking roof. I noticed a water spot on my ceiling in the dining room. The inspector that showed was Thomas Mcommas. Before he even stepped foot in my house or on the roof he knew everything about it. I had the best experience with the crew that came out, they were extremely friendly and accommodating to any of my requests. Most of my conversations were with Salvador and Jamie, I found out later that Salvador was the crew leader. He was an awesome leader! I called mr. Roofer about a leaky roof that I had under warranty. Mike Lewis came out and take a look at my roof, corrected the issue made sure it wouldn't happen again. He was nice and friendly. He answer my questions and addressed my concerns. The best part was he was quick and fast, good thing to have on a rainy day that I had when he came out to help my family out with our roof.
