My roof is two years old and after a heavy rain the living room had a leak in the ceiling. After several times trying to set an appointment. Mike Lewis was scheduled to come to the house. This was a Sunday afternoon. Mike found the problem, a nail was backing out. His pictures showed the problem in detail. Couldn’t be happier with my new roof! Marc Hansson did an excellent job of explaining the whole installation process and warranty and gave me a fair estimate.
