Excellent customer service. Mr. Roof installed my roof five years ago after a hail storm. No problems until early this week when the roof began leaking. I called and they sent an inspector (Mike Lewis) within a day. Mike arrived on time and found a metal clip holding two plywood sheets together had worked itself loose. He promptly repaired it at no cost. Excellent response and service. I'll use Mr. Roof again should the need arise.

I have to say that I am 100 percent satisfied with Mr. Roof and the staff. I sat down with a Marc Hanson with no roof knowledge and by the end of the meeting I was fully educated on roof structure and other details. The crew that came out replace my roof were pleasant and very professional. They had replaced my entire roof in appox 10 hours and looks great.
