This is the second time using Mr. Roof for a full replacement (two different houses). Although the both experiences were exceptional, this one was complicated by COVID. Tues. Feb.9 inspection of my roof was done by Evan Miller. After showing pictures and explaining his findings, he presented 2 installations with examples of materials used in each. His presentation was easily understood and very professional. Estimates for each were considered and one was accepted. Evan was very courteous and knowledgeable, represented Mr.Roof very well.

Do not use them for chimney work! We had them repair our chimney while they put on a new roof. It was done in the summer and we didn't go to have a fire until this winter. We went to open up our flue and there was two buckets worth of debris (brick and mortar) preventing us from opening the flue. It was obvious they had let the debris fall in while they were working and didn't bother to clean it out before leaving. Unprofessional and wouldn't recommend.
