Mr. Roof took care of us very well. They offered a payment plan as well as a cash price and were quite open with the products that would be installed. The installation crew were professional and pleasant. They worked from very early in the morning until sun down and when the job wasn't complete they came back the next morning to finish but they made a point to ask what time worked for us since we have kids. The craftsmanship on the roof is fine and I have no complaints about it now that it is done. However mr roof has been a headache in just about every other way. They forgot about us despite our down payment and we required a second estimate before getting installation started 2 months later than expected. Mr. Mike Lewis did an excellent job and we’re very impressed by his experience and work. He showed us before and after pics and he did a fantastic job. We called Mr. Roof after 3 other roofing companies failed to follow up. After several frustrating months of no action, Mr. Roof was able to accomplish in a few short weeks what local businesses could not do.
