All the people that i dealt with through out the proccess have been curtious and professional. Dustin came out to give me an estimate on a repair job on my roof. i am very pleased with the job done. and then i had a roof replaced on another property, A great job was done by all. the crew, the girls in the office, and especially Dustin and Shawn who seen the job to its completion. I have called several guttering contractors to fix my fallen downspouts. Most have never showed nor even returned my phone calls. I saw a Mr. Roof add today and gave them a call. Was transferred once to I believe the local Louisville office. Very nice people. And they were able to come by today!!! After literally months of trying to get this taken care of. When I got a roof put on by the Mr Roof crew they said they stand behind their work. Fast forward a few years and I had a roof problem. I found that they absolutely do what they say! If you are looking for a roofing company I definitely recommend Mr Roof.

Shawn and his crew did a great job. It was a tricky install due to a flat rubber roof but they did an excellent job and Shawn even came back out to answer a couple questions for me as we were out of town during install. Looks good.
