tl;dr - Mr. Roof will abandon you as a customer, do poor work, not honor any credit you might receive for damage, and threaten you with collections, even if you pay. Overall, terrible follow up, and worse customer service.

The installers did an outstanding job. They were professional and efficient. They did a great job in the clean up. I would highly recommend Mr. Roof and the installers.
