Initially the verbal communication to me when providing a bid for the job did not match the ensuing contract; my fault for not noticing the discrepancy in the detail. These folks have it down. From the estimate, through the work, and continuing to the follow up they were excellent. We just had our first heavy rain since the work, and both of our former problem areas are bone dry.

They replaced the roof on my addition a few years ago. When some damage occurred to it, they were quick to get me a quote and perform the repair, as well as temporarily patch the spots to prevent more leaking. Joey Herron was super friendly, professional and did a great job.

We had our roof on large house done by Mr Roof last year, the whole crew was excellent, as was the work. I called them again for chimney repairs last month and they sent a repairman named Mike Lewis. Wow he was professional, super courteous, and went above and beyond to do a super job. You just don't find that anymore, how refreshing to deal with a man who takes such pride in his work!
