I'm not sure what happened with these guys. The representative--Bill--came out to my house and looked at the damage. I got an insurance assessment and sent it to him. He said they would follow up with work order. I didn't hear back from them for months. When I called, he said he misplaced my file. He said I'd hear from them within a few days. Still haven't heard back from anyone from the company, and I can't get him on the phone. Disappointed and will have to start over with a different roofing ... Read more
