Able replaced our roof after wind damage in 2012. After noticing a small leak this month, we called for service. Service Technician Tim S. took a look and found that it was just a caulking issue. He then fixed it even though we were a bit past the warranty period, and explained how to maintain it in the future. Great customer service!!
This was the worst experience we have had since doing a remodel of our house the last few months. They lied to us on several things. We had some issues and when we tried to talk to our salesman cody we were told by him to stop acting like a child. I would not recommend these people to anyone. I wish we had used some totally different. We needed several other things done that they do but for sure were not going to give them any more of our money...
