They did not do as they said. We called them to give us an estimate for roof damage from a storm. The estimator came out, walked around the roof and promised to give us and the insurance adjuster a quote for repair. We called 2 weeks later and asked why neither us or the insurance company received a quote. She promised and then just sent a few numbers after promising us a detailed estimate.
