This company is amazing !!! I knew i had area's that needed to be replaced. They had great communication with Mason and Kevin and Zack. Vivien was great updating for her communicating. I didn't have anything hidden come about and not know something. They took the pictures and sent to me. They all answered my question. There are professional. They were very fast and the quality i am impressed with. I am content 100 % and i know my roof is fixed and with no problems.
After these guys first replaced my big 50 square roof, I was one of their biggest fans! They appeared to be fast, friendly and do quality work. Then the problems started happening... A leak developed around my chimney that they claimed was unrelated to the job. Funny how we previously had no problems with our chimney whatsoever until they worked on the roof. They came out and tried to fix it, charged me $$$ for a custom stainless steel chimney cap but the problem didn't go away. They came ... Read more
I cannot speak beyond the stage of free in-home estimate. However, the estimator who inspected my roof was very professional. I felt no pressure to buy. He was very honest with me about the good condition of my existing roof. I was already considering replacing the roof on my home I just moved into, but he assured me it is not needed at this time. I very much appreciate the honesty and that my position was not taken advantage of for a sale.
