Had our roof done over a year ago and haven't had any issues, they were super nice and professional. One of the workers accidentally dropped the hammer off the roof hitting my car window in the driveway, they paid to have the window replaced and was very very apologetic. I understand that things happen, couldn't have been more satisfied.
I couldn't get any other roofing company or contractor to call me back. Mr. Roof, specifically Mike Lewis, had phenomenal communication.
Mike was on time, and courteous. He let me explain what I needed done, looked it over, and gave me his opinion. We agreed on what needed done, and he started immediately. Most people reschedule, but he started right then which was a huge help.
Mike did a great job on all the repairs that encompassed multiple home areas, not just the roof.
