My roof was replaced by Mr. Roof less than 7 yrs ago. Since being replaced we have had 2 leaks now. Both of the leaks have been over the garage same area. The first was just a week after the warranty had ran out the second just happened. Both were due to the flashing by the chimney. I had 3 different companies come out all said similar things the flashing was not done correctly and that it was obvious a lot of caulk had been used at some point to install or fix and issue.
