I was totally set at ease from the first meeting with Mr. Hill. Everything was so smooth, no rough edges whatsoever. On the day of the installation, the Foreman introduced himself explaining what was to be done, and did I have any questions. They did exactly what I was told. Everyone was super nice and polite. Today we had Jennifer come out to our house for an inspection and quote to re shingle our roof. From start to finish she was very thorough and informative. She didn't seem like just an average sales person, but more so someone who actually knew what she was talking about and what could be good options. I hope to have her around during the process.
