If I had not been here to see it I would not have believed it. They sent 10 roofers to my home at 8:00 a.m. and they had my old one torn off, disposed of, and a new one installed by 3:00 the same day. They kept my yard clean and the crew was very nice to my wife. Really a good experience.
I was most satisfied with how it was all done in one day. One of the reasons I chose the company is because I have such a big roof that I didn't want it exposed for too long. The other area that I was satisfied was that the shingles that they used. They have rubber that protect it from the snow. The last area was that they put new metal flashing around the chimney which was good because it had been twenty years. Those are the areas that got me going.
They did an exceptional job. The roofers worked very, very hard on the hottest day possible. The aluminum people went out of their way to please me in every way possible. The sales rep was amazing. I couldn't have picked a better one myself. Actually, I did pick him. Three different people came out here, and he was the one who won me over with his introduction.
The quality of our roof is incredible. They got it done in a very timely manner and cleaned up their mess. They never "up-saled" me, it was very relaxed, no stress. I know what other companies are out there and I can stress it enough how happy I am that I chose Mr Roof.
