I will start by saying the crew that came out were great, they worked hard and got the roof done in a day. But after that the customer service from the office is terrible. The roofers punctured our ac line so we had no ac, after climbing in the attic I found that two (2) nails had punctured my suction line. They did not do as they said. We called them to give us an estimate for roof damage from a storm. The estimator came out, walked around the roof and promised to give us and the insurance adjuster a quote for repair. We called 2 weeks later and asked why neither us or the insurance company received a quote. She promised and then just sent a few numbers after promising us a detailed estimate. A largely positive experience; my only complaint is that they didn't walk me around the property or give any kind of report once they were done with the installation. Not a huge deal, but I was told it would happen and it didn't. I selected a lifetime warranty along with the install, so this review will be updated to reflect my experience in case I ever need to have service done.
