      I've used these folks twice before and had been very happy. Not so this time. I called and asked for someone to look at a small section of gutter that I cannot reach because it is two stories up and I don't have that much ladder. I was told he would come at 1 pm today. At 10 am, when I was on my way to a doctor's appointment and couldn't be there, my wife said the guy was at the house.
