Did half my house with new windows a few years ago, one went bad, Able instructed me to contact the manufacturer, don't fall for this!! You didn't buy from the manufacturer, it is Able that is responsible to honor the warranty. Now, a couple more years later, more windows are bad and the original ones I didn't change are still great!
