The windows they did for me helped me a lot this winter as my old one's use to freeze up at the bottom and this year they were dry.
World class service.
Very pushy when they are paying attention. Very slow response when it's no longer good odds for them. They got me rolling with a claim that in hind sight I shouldn't have trusted them to start. Once the insurance adjuster disagreed with them, he folded like a deck of cards. His "absolute" evidence and strong opinions just wilted away in a flash. I feel like they did me wrong at no risk to them and left me out in the cold when they were wrong.
I recommend Mr. Roof. From beginning to end was an excellent experience. They stand by their WORD. We had trouble with a leak before the new roof was put on and when the same leak reappeared again, they came the same day I called and the next day it was corrected. No more leak! Hallelujah! Not only did they fixed the troublesome leak, they repaired the inside wall at no charge. Wow. Talk about service, the best. I love looking at my new roof. Thanks to all you guys at Mr. Roof.
