Gary rogers was very professional and explained all details in depth. We had two leaks which he repaired after giving estimate. He gave a very honest and detailed explanation of what he found in his inspection with video and pictures. I will use Mr Roof for the the repairs or replacement. I was very pleased with the explanation of how the company operates and don't feel the need to get any other estimates.

Waited a week and half to tell me they overbooked my time for an estimate and then without looking at the roof at all said they can’t help me with my insurance claim. Unprofessional and poor communication. They also are apparently unavailable until July now.
