All and all the roof turned out fine had a great experience with sales man but that was it the day of roof installed crew just showed up didn't know they were there until already started or that they were done until after they left I was unable to communicate with the crew about any concerns or problems due to crew not being able to speak English or very little project manager was never on site the day of installhad a few issues with food project manager did come and fix those issues after a few... Had Able come out to inspect my roof for hail damage. Stated that there was some. Filed a claim with my insurance and an adjuster came. Stated that there was no weather damage at all. Our neighbor experienced worse issues than we did. Had roof done and isn’t better off. Stay away from this company.

Just had my 1st experience with Mr. Roff had a guy come out name Mike to give me an estimate, very rude very blunt ,would not listen to nothing I said. He more less told me my insurance company wasnot going to cover it .he asked do I plan on financing. I told him either way insurances or cash and he looked at me funny I guess the guy was very unprofessional and very very rude I would not recommend Mr. Roof to anybody.
