Excellent Experience and Excellent Job!! Mr. Roof staff from Dustin Bower (In-Home Consultant) to Shawn Game (Project Manager) were very helpful and very professional. First the good- Foreman/ estimator that came out was great. Easy to communicate with and clearly told us what the issue was.
They were in and out in 2 days and for the pics they sent me the job looks well done.
Now the not so good- Warranty on the roof is sub par. Lifetime warranty barely covers anything, from what I understand it covers the shingles. If the roof was not vented right it’s not their fault. If the wood used under the shingles is bad, not covered.
