Mr. Roof is held hostage by their cheap undocumented labor workforce who use profanity towards their clients because they do not believe that they understand their language. Love my roof they installed about 5 years ago. I found a problem that I needed to have fixed, and they set an appointment up right away. Greg Estep, the Lead Service Technician came out to look at the problem, and fixed it on the spot. Everything was covered under the warranty too. I highly recommend them!

Jordan at Mr Roof has been a joy to work with. He was timely, very communicative and willing to work with me on pricing and selection. He gave me estimates on several options so I could make my decision. I haven't gotten my roof yet but if Jordan is any example of the other folks I'll be working with I'll be delighted.
