We were completely satisfied with the team from Mr. Roof. Victor Houston, Ron Hubbard, Madeline from the office, and the entire crew were wonderful and attentive to our needs. Ron especially made sure our questions were answered and followed-up after the job was finished. We had an old slate roof removed, and the crew worked hard all day. This review is limited to the initial estimate conducted by David Edlin, because at this time the work has not been scheduled. David coordinated his arrival, was exceptionally polite and very knowledgeable. He explain all aspects of the inspection, type of repairs needed, quality of the supplies to be used and answered all questions. If the work is performed as well as the estimate, I will be totally satisfied.
