We just had several miscellaneous repairs completed on our house. We had a small roof repair, some gutters replaced, fascia boards replaced, a piece of siding and some exterior trim. I thought we had received excellent service and an excellent roof, turns out that is not the case. In July we got a new roof through Mr Roof because they offered to fight for insurance for us, which has not happened! It is now the middle of December and they are refusing to send the required info our insurance is requesting and now getting screwed out of $3000! My window installation was a pleasant experience due to the installer Mike Lewis. Mr. Lewis was polite, efficient and knowledgeable and I was thankful that he was the installer on my job. I look forward to many years of enjoyment of my windows. Since my previous post I have needed service to one of my windows and once again I was pleased to have Mike Lewis assigned to the job.
