I am extremely happy with Mr. Roof! I own 2 homes on the same street, across from each other. I responded to an ad from Mr. Roof in my mailbox about possible hail damage. I doubted that there was any damage but because one of the homes had developed a leak, I thought I had better check it out. The salesman, Reed, got on the roof and took pictures of hail damage that I would never have seen otherwise. He also made a free temporary fix to the leak. Found water spots on my kitchen ceiling a few weeks ago so called Mr. Roof. They sent out Mike Lewis today. My appointment window was 9-11. He called around 8:30 and said he was on his way. He even called when he pulled in the driveway so I could get my dogs put up! He explained everything and took before & after pictures of what he would be repairing. And the best part of all he did the repairs immediately!! I've never had that happen before! Job well done, Mike.

RE: Aztec Ct, 45241, - Mr Roof Cincinnati Purposefully left excessive amounts of large debris piled atop insulation which thus rendered that to be less effective.
