I was so pleased with the first roof they put on my house. I had them put a roof on my second house so when I found out they did other work besides roofs. I felt comfortable trusting they would get that work done at the level that they did my roofs and they did not disappoint!
I did not have a good experience. First the parked on my walkway and broke several blocks. They did not cover my roof and my entire house was flooded by a rain storm. It took over two months to get them to file a claim with insurance and it has now been 3 months and still no resolution to fix my damaged house. Mr roof said it fell on the crew that did the install and took no responsibility and refused to help with anything. I do not recommend.
Mr Roof did an excellent job on a replacing rotted fascia boards on my home. They were quick with an estimate and, once accepted, quickly scheduled the work. The work crew arrived as promised and did a high quality job. I will use them again when needed.
