We bought the “forever roof” was supposed to out last me. Two years out we had a huge leak into our living room. Hardwood floors. We called and they said they could send someone out but would cost us $200! In the end they they sent some one. Said no problem. It is still leaky.
They actually didn't do any work at my residence, I just called to see if they did small repairs and they said they did , but they have a minimum charge of 950 dollars. I told them no thanks
Jon Winterer was exemplary in representing his company and himself. He gave the homeowner very careful time and attention in explaining the many facets of the job in question. He did not dodge any square inch of the inspection and was detailed and thorough. He understood that I am coaching my friend on this as he is not familiar with construction whatsoever.
