The office staff And repair guys are great, but if you have to deal with anyone in sales you should probably go elsewhere. Never respond you basically have to harass them to even get a quote and when they do respond a month later you are still at the back of the line.
My roof had no leaks till Mr. ROOF put on a new roof. After the roof was installed, about a week later, there as a heavy down pour and it was pouring rain inside the house in multiple rooms. I had to put mutiple buckets and had videos of the leak and it was a significant amount of rain leaking into the hosue.
