Had solar roof vents installed. They work about half the time when they should. Had the installer come to the house and he witnessed them not working when they had sunlight. Told me his manager said he didn't care and to pay 1200 for the install or pay 300 to remove them. If I didn't agree they were sending me to the collection department. Their number is a routing service that sends you to the local area where you live. They ask "how can we make you smile" but don't care when you are sold some... Read more

Mike Scott came out to my home and he was so helpful! He could have told me anything to make a quick buck, but he was honest and caring. I rarely recieve this sort of exceptional customer service from people so Id figure i share what a FANTASTIC and relieveing experience I had with him and his staff.
