Mike Lewis was on time, worked quickly, and did quality work. He fixed a warranty issue we had. Nothing with the roof itself but with a skylight that started to work loose. I only wish all contractors were his quality.
If I could give negative stars I would. They don't do what they say and will not return phone calls in a timely fashion. Marty promised no ruts after I mentioned it. There was trash left everywhere along with ruts, and when trying to get it fixed Fred wouldn't call back. Fred assured me he'd fix the ruts 30' long from road to my barn. This is the second time I've called Mr. Roof in a couple years. The first time, after waiting for the three initial competitor to call me back for days, they came in 45 minutes! Fixed the problem on the spot. This time, they came the next day and fixed it again right away. Very courteous and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone.
After receiving a couple quotes for our rubber roof tear-off/re-lay we chose Mr. Roof. It took a bit longer than expected to get a crew out but I think this time of year (fall) must be really busy. We were originally sent a subcontracted crew and they were not meeting our expectations for job quality or being on schedule.
