Professional, Efficient, & Exceeding Expectations! My technician Mike Lewis provided a quick quote and explained everything in full undisclosed detail. Also, took pictures so that I could see without climbing the roof. He conducted himself very professionally and friendly at all times, and delivered on all expectations. This is how customer service should always be!! Thanks for your service Mike, I know who to call when I need roof repairs in the future! :)

We experienced a leak around the flashing on our kitchen vent. Mike Lewis came out to the house on Oaks day to make repairs. He diagnosed what he thought the problem was before he went up to the roof (water and ice seal). He took before and after pictures to show us. He fixed the seal and showed us how to drop the vent down to clean it. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Mike is a wonderful representative for Mr. Roof. Thank you, Jim and Linda McMillan
