Quality roof
My wife and I met with Mr. Carl Apsley from Mr. Roof on Sept 27th. He explained everything to us and inspected our roof, both inside and outside. Our problem was not enough ventilation, and we were retaining heat and moisture in our attic. This caused us black spots on our ceilings
He suggested adding gable vents inside the attic area and more vents on the roof plus baffles along the gables.
