We had a great experience through Mitch Moutoux ! There were some bumps in the road as with any major construction work but all in all it was a pretty good experience! The crew worked very hard and were kind. I only wish there wasn't a language barrier so I could communicate with them more directly since they were the ones on site.
Update: We called Mr. Roof again because we noticed a drip at the corner or garage near the gutter. Edgar quickly figured out the problem was a clogged downspout and fixed it up for us, free of charge. He even sealed around the hole for the downspout after he noticed the hole in the gutter was bigger than the downspout. As usual, we are extremely satisfied with the service we received from Mr. Roof.

New problems.
After a year the roof had serious issues. And a repair was started but never finished. The company (although highly reviewed) has been unprofessional and sub par.
Six areas of the roof needed repair and 5 were completed over 2 days. They never returned to fix the last area.
A two day job took a week. Did not start the job until 5 weeks after the 50% deposit was paid. Ryan Chavez was a poor project manager, never on site and did not answer calls. He was the only bilingual in the cr... Read more
