We had our roof installed last week and the installers did a great job. Starting with the tear off they worked very hard all the way through clean up. They were willing to work with my schedule and do the job when I was available. They will finish by replacing the gutters this week, on the day I requested. I am confident the gutters will be installed correctly. It has been a good experience so far.

Our new roof is scheduled for installation in two days so this review is about the sales process: our rep, Song Hong, was knowledgeable and professional. He priced out multiple options and explained our choices. we have a complicated roofing situation but he was able to accommodate our needs. Overall a very pleasant and professional experience.

Fantastic service and AWESOME crew! Victor broke down the options available and walked us step by step with how to deal with our insurance company. Once the insurance company was ready to inspect the roof, Victor made sure he was here with them. The roof crew came out and replace the roof in one day. The cleanup was on point. Very Happy with Mr. Roof. From start to finish, couldn't be more pleased. Song Hong was the best. Talk about going above and beyond, not only did he explain everything we needed to know about the roof, he even carried in the groceries when my wife came home from the grocery store. The roofers did a great job too. They were very professional, did a great job, cleaned up and made our house look good as new. Thanks Mr. Roof!
