Greg Estes was our technician today. He was very professional and answered all of our questions with thorough, easily understood explanations. He showed us photos of all damage and provided insight to needed repairs.
Mr Roof serviced my roof in July of 2019. The estimator was well prepared. The roofing service was completed promptly, and without a great deal of disruption. Their job site foreman inspected the job after completion, and even returned to repair a section of gutter that our builder installed incorrectly. All-in-all, I am completely satisfied with the work done by Mr. Roof.
Do not hire this company, they do not even deserve a star.They are horrible at communicating with you. I had to call them to see when my chimney will be done. They do not seem to keep notes about the jobs you are getting done because once you call one person then they have to call the site manager and he has to tell them. It took months for my chimney to be finished and I am still waiting on a rain cap after they took measurements for it twice. It has been about a two month wait and no one is ... Read more
