They have a wonderful app that allows you to visualize what your new roof is going to look like on your house prior to installation so there are no surprises. If you need a roof repair or replacement in Waterford and call in July apparently Mr. Roof just doesn't have time for you. I was told to "call next year" to get an estimate...because that's good customer service...I suppose my roof will hold up that long...but I know I don't plan on waiting till next year. When I hear the Mr. Roof ads in the fall, winter, and spring whoring their services for cheap because the roofing and siding business falls off I'll remember they didn't have time for me
