This company has a glitzy presentation and may be overemphasizing their materials and pitch on how their product is the only one that works. I also thought their price was fair and when I was told I could do a 6 year financing with 0 percent interest I thought I was all in. This financing is done by Wells Fargo (beware!), and they denied me with no explanation. I was told it had nothing to do with my credit score (I have an exceptional rating), but was a clerical issue. A couple weeks ago we had some bad storms, water was leaking in my basement. Of course I panicked, thought it was a plumbing issue-got someone to come out, they said it was not; but instead a water proofing issue. Called waterproofing they said it was coming from the chimney. Joe was very thorough & took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He made sure to fully explain the product options, warranties, & finance options. He made us aware of some roof issues & we had just replaced the roof! He wasn't high pressure & said to call him if we have questions. He left a great impression representing the company.
