I hired this roofing crew hoping for quality work. Instead, they showed up late every single day. Their measurements were inconsistent. Tiles were placed unevenly across the slope. They ignored basic safety guidelines. Debris was left around the yard. Communication was terrible throughout. They rushed the final installation. I now have leaks after the first rain.

I hired this roofing company hoping for quality work. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible from start to finish. The team arrived late every single day. They left trash and materials scattered around my yard. The roof still leaks even after the repair. When I called, customer service was rude. They blamed the issue on “old structure,” not their work. No warranty information was provided. I regret choosing this company. Definitely not recommending them to anyone.

I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service I worked with Eric Mooney, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I also worked with Kathryn Virgo she was also vey helpful with working with my HOA and getting permits. If you are in the market for a new roof. Check out Mr. Roof!!
