Update: there was miscommunication from there sales rep. They put my roof on a week after my complaint review. The roof looks good and they cleaned up well. It took them 2 1/2 hours to give me a estimate and they made me watch a long video before estimate. Quoted me a high price which they eventually dropped 25%.
