I called Mr. Roof and Brandon came out to do the assessment of our roof. It had storm damage and my wife filed a claim with her insurance co. The adjustor came out and did his assessment and cut her check for the damages. Mr. Roof matched the offer. Brandon told us that the contract was to cover up to 4 sheets of OSB for replacement, but the contract only showed 3. We have nothing but good things to say about Gary. He answered all our questions and listened to our concerns. He worked great with the insurance company to help make sure we got what we needed. There were several hiccups throughout working with Mr. Roof (hence the not 5 stars) but at the end of the day we are pleased with how our new roof & siding looks.
